I’ve got to give LightShade a big shout-out! Every visit lately has been nothing short of awesome. The team makes it a cool, welcoming experience every single time I stop in. This is virtually the only spot I will go to for flower and my other needs. I dread going anywhere else! I have been going here for years now and have never had one issue. Never get my flower recalled. And i feel like the dude from Cheers because everyone knows my name lol jk but really the staff always makes me always feel cool when iam in there. On February 5th I got shorted a 1/2oz. Had to return it anyways because the bud was full of brown leafs, and didnt even smell like weed, smelled like my grass lawn. The bud tender asked, "where is the other jar?" I said what? They only gave me one jar. He had to check inventory/security cameras to verify that I was indeed shorted. This is the SECOND time I had to return a product due to it being WAY past due with brown leafs and weird smell of decomposing weed. The gentleman who didn't give me what I paid for is about 400lbs. (Not trying to be mean, just trying to give a description of the worker so he can be disciplined.) I tip every time, and I'm a yearly spend at this store of over 10k a year. I left my ID at this dispensary back in November. While I fully admit it’s my responsibility to keep track of my belongings, what’s unacceptable is how this was handled on their end. My ID was apparently left unmarked in their system until the end of December, and I wasn’t informed or given it back until the end of January. My name and phone number are clearly in their system, yet no one thought to mention that they had my ID for multiple months. That level of oversight feels incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, lazy. A simple note or quick heads-up could’ve resolved this immediately. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. If you accidentally leave something behind here, don’t expect to hear about it anytime soon, even if it literally has your name on it. – Carson Lueck
