Something is up with this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. We have been using them for wholesale for a few years, I'm not sure what's going on, but they sent us the wrong item, our sales rep isn't getting back to us. She lied several times saying it was being taken care of, and now isn't responding at all. They are now just taking people's money. – Angela Morera

If I could give NO stars I would. This company took my $$ and NEVER sent the product NOR have they replied to any correspondence we have sent by email or phone or even returned my $$. On 6/24/23 You STILL did NOT Satisfy your obligation in which you took $60 of MY hard earned $$ to send me a 2 ounce bottle of your product as I ordered on your website. Instead I received a 1 ounce bottle , that I did not order. Again, you took $60 of my $$ in return you were to send a 2 ounce bottle of the orange tincture extract. This is truly a sad experience and I will not further comment. You got my $$ that's all you were worried about. 😟 – Eric Jasper

Sad I didn't see these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 items and only received one. No response from company after an email and a phone call. On the phone with my bank now to dispute part of the charges. Boo! – deanna

ZERO STAR DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! they blocked me from visiting the website right after I paid and nobody ever responded to my email!! So u just directly scam?? seriously?? The staff here is incredible! These products are AWESOME! and the customer service keeps me coming back. Very knowledgeable staff that assist me with all my needs and I've never had a bad experience. I highly recommend checking them out! btw The Freeze Roll On is the best!!!! – Loki Arkanus
