Turned me away because my ID which is 100% scannable has a crack in it. What’s more is the counter person said it won’t scan if there’s a crack in it, which is just a weird LIE because it scans everywhere else in Denver just fine. Then they backpedaled, saying they can’t accept a cracked ID, with zero explanation, followed by “sorry I don’t make rules”. Regardless of the company policy on IDs, the way it was handled was dishonest and just weird, considering I’ve never had my ID denied ANYWHERE. – Cres Perez
