If I could give no stars, I would. Cashier was friendly enough, but I bought two disposable dab pens, both of which taste horribly like burnt plastic and both of which stopped working after 3-5 puffs. The shop is willing to have me exchange for the same disgusting, likely defective vapes instead of my money back or a different cart, and they are only willing to exchange if its defective, maybe try charging it they said. Literally every pot store I've been to before has better exchange policies than that. I lost 30 bucks and they lost a customer. Save your money, go to apex right next door, and DON'T BUY "FLAVOUR" BARS UNLESS YOU WANT TO TASTE WHAT BURNT PLASTIC SMELLS LIKE. – Courtney Carpenter
This is probably the worst place l have ever purchased cannabis, l have been a long long time customer and it just keeps getting worse and worse until l am just done! The pens don’t work, are not able to charge or they don’t hold a charge and the flower is so out dated and old should be sold in the 50% section. The employees are nice, but l am not there to make friends, l am there to purchase products that they clearly know nothing about and their merchandise is moldy, which you do NOT want to buy. They need to also educate their employees on their products as they don’t have the knowledge to educate the ones purchasing the items. Unfortunately for them, there are 100’s of these type of places around so l will gladly give my money to them and at least know l am getting quality product and the employees don’t change every other week… I normally leave rave reviews and have not left one because literally every time l come in it’s always a little something wrong. So, my advice is to look around down the street or next block guarantee there’s a better quality product within walking distance! – Happy Halloween
I always bring one of my friends with me cause my friend knows more than the bud tenders there. And I only time I go here is if my place that I normally go is closed. I read all the reviews and noticed that the only time lovely buds replies back is when they get a good review, but they don't reply or even try to make it right with bad reviews. That right there tells you something. If they can't even reply to their mess up or try to make it right, what's the point of going there anymore? – Honesty

Sometimes it's not what the menu says in store but the cute budtenders coupled with the organic aroma makes it hard to recall your order. Especially if tattoos are involved. "2 grams BHO indica & 2 tattoos with a side of……" Cool place but here's what I do…… – Scott Manning
