I made my first visit to this particular Apex Cannabis, and it was an all around great experience! Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the gentlemen that were working that morning! But they were both excellent, with their customer service! The selection was also great! I even found one of my favorite strains, in cartridge form! Which has been a rarity! And they were also 50% off! Due to the awesome promotion that Apex had going, at the time! It's also worth mentioning that I got a great deal on a special, limited edition, Hemper Gummy Bear Bong! I paid a few dollars less than I was ready to pay for a very basic one! To make it even better, I saw the same one going for up to nearly double the price, at some online stores! So! They always have really great deals, some of which don’t even seem to be announced until the day of, so it makes it even more likely that the day you stop by they’ll be having a great sale, like everything in the store half off. Talk about price gouging. Same weed, same brand, twice the price!! Kush 21 Better quality and bud tenders actually know the prices / what they are selling Won’t be coming here again. The staff was very rude to me and acted like I was a liar and basically talked down to me simply for asking them about some products they had on their website listed as available for purchase in store. More specifically, I asked about some flower that is currently on their website, in stock, that says $5 for an 1/8th. They have multiple brands with multiple products listed at that price and when I asked about one of them I was rudely told "No, our cheapest is 7 dollars" so I showed them my phone screen with their website opened to the products and they suspiciously looked at it and then switched to rude, dismissive mode saying "Oh that's old bad stuff that was destroyed" while disgustedly looking at me as if I should know that already. So then I pulled up a different brand and asked about it and showed them all the different products they have listed at that price and was once again rudely talked down to for simply asking them in a normal, happy manner about the prices they have listed on their website. Honestly, out of every dispensary I have been to this is the only time I have ever felt like they didn't even want me to be there to begin with. Complete opposite of every other dispensary I have been to in my life, where it's usually a really chill and inviting atmosphere with friendly and helpful and understanding people. It takes a lot to inspire me to spend some of my limited time here on earth typing out a review of a fresh negative experience whilst sat in my car outside the dispensary but here we are. The good news is there are plenty of other dispensary options, and I would recommend just going somewhere else, especially if you find something on their website and are thinking about driving several miles out of your way to buy said product. – adam
