TO OWNERS/CORPORTATE Exceptional Staff Deserve Exceptional Support! I've been a regular at this location for nearly two years, and this continues to be one of the best dispensaries in Michigan. The product quality, consistency, and overall experience are great, but what truly elevates this store is its staff! Specifically Miles, Nicole, and Derek, who have worked here for years and continue to show up with unmatched professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Their service alone is enough to keep customers loyal. I've watched them take the lead when this location was short staffed, carry the store through heavy traffic days and holidays, and I've even watched them manage a disruptive customer with the utmost professionalism and coordinated with authorities. These employees care, go above and beyond, and represent team Lume at its absolute best. It's disheartening to learn the lack of employee incentive and the low rate they continue to be paid. These workers are the face of the brand, they're the reason customers return. They deserve compensation and recognition that reflects their value and their commitment. I sincerely hope corporate hears this and invests in the incredible staff at this location, just as much as they've invested in their products and pretty decor. – Annabelle Kesterson

I’ve gotta say that when it comes to Lume, the product is what initially drew me in, but the service is what’s kept me coming back. My very first visit at the Ann Arbor location, I was honestly pretty clueless about what I wanted; I only knew that I needed something to help manage my anxiety. I was greeted by a budtender, Stephany, who took the time to listen to my situation and then guided me through their product selection with an impressive level of expertise and professionalism. By the end of that visit, we had landed on a product that truly suited my needs. Since then, I’ve been back multiple times, and that initial experience set the tone for every visit that followed. The guidance I received, the way it was delivered, and the overall level of care from the team; all things that feel genuinely rare among dispensaries these days. It’s clear that customer needs actually come first here, particularly for those navigating the medical side of things. All in all, I’ll absolutely continue returning for future orders.
