Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here after over a year of loyal service. The reason is simple: False advertisement & greed. I was encouraged by the staff to shop at certain grocery stores for coupons that offer discounts on products. When getting the coupon on the receipt, I was informed that the coupon couldn’t be used because the full coupon isn’t visible on the receipt. The next time I went to the store I asked for the full receipt for the coupon. When showing my receipts to the Lyfe staff I was informed that “the boss won’t pay for these” to me it shows how little the owner cares about loyalty and honoring faithful customers. I have attached the images of my receipts. I will be shopping at the Happy cannabis because I have never had an issue with my coupons there! – Josiah Jones

Clean, inviting, efficient and fair prices for an Illinois dispensary. The crew was incredibly kind and chill. Walk-in, greet the front desk clerk, then head in and look around. Someone will be happy to help you or just go straight to the touch-screens throughout the store and select your items. Once done, skip on down to the checkout desk, where someone cool will get your order and take your payment. You can use a debit card, or the ATM for paper, tho both do charge a fee. I'll visit this place again the next time I'm in Rockford and I would recommend this place to anyone else in need of some bedda chedda;) – Cory Hart
