I have enjoyed each of my experiences at Madame Jane. The staff is always friendly, detailed and efficient. Two separate scenarios, I ordered online but left my I.D home when going to pick up my order and staff did not give me a hard time but instead searched and found the record of my I.D per my purchase and serviced me. The 2nd scenario, I used my card for a small purchase with the exact amount my total on my card (I normally always, always pay cash!) but I was coming from work and it was late, the store was closing soon there was a small issue with my card for the purchase and when the associate asked her boss/manager for assistance he gave me my purchase on the House!
