Good selection of product, but the system there is in great need of a change. The way people have to randomly wait for a budtender when it's busy and then wait more for their name to be called once the bud is chosen makes this place consistently the longest wait time of any shop I've been to. You can easily spend 20-30 getting flower here, not in a good way. Good shop but please change the system used. – Nicholas Stanton
Mike G was the bud tender that helped me out. I felt awkward asking what bud was best for sex, and he was calm, cool, non judgmental and made me feed right at home. I’ve been coming to this dispensary for over 5+ years and their product selection is always great. The only complaint I have is the service- the budtenders are great, they really listen to you- but no one acknowledges you when you walk in besides security. I’ve been told “just press the button” to get a budtender for online orders and associates just stare at me instead. I could be aging and noticing customer service changing but I really wish Main St put more into their service when they don’t offer a loyalty rewards program. My solution would be to remove the button and have an associate get the attention of whoever manages these orders in the back. – Kandace Paradee
Hey I wanted to say to those @ MMM, you're super chill. Great service. Laid back. Easygoing… I mean I NEVER write reviews but I felt compelled to specifically & wanted to say thanks to a few people, but I thought about it and came to the realization(sorry it's long winded), that it would defeat the purpose because it takes an individual effort to create that sense of mutual comradarie you all have and I genuinely, authentically appreciate that to the fullest extent. There's not enough of it in this world today.
