If you just want a cheap high go here. If you care about what you’re getting and you arnt an elderly like most of their customers, avoid this place. This has been the only dispensary Ive used for the last 6 months since moving to Vancouver, but I unfortunately will never go back. After ordering a “Mama Js” cartridge online for pick up, I got home and found it simply didn’t work. Defective product. I took the cartridge back completely unused inside it’s original package and asked to pull up my online order to match not only my name, phone number, product, and time of pick up in their system but they wouldn’t. Instead told me I needed the physical paper receipt per their policy. I told them to keep the cartridge and walked out with the fire in my heart to never go back. Any professional dispensary I’ve been to has tested the cartridge for me with a device to see if it was defective, replaced the cartridge, or at least maybe apologized? Idk seems like an interesting policy and they bank on selling shit products and not being able to replace or refund you unless you have the physical receipt. Interesting business strategy for sure. This place sells a non anodized aluminum grinder. They are painted. I don't want paint. I want a return but I can't not even the next day. This is predatory. All of my reviews will reflect this. – chris phillips

Dude didn’t ID me. I’m a medical patient & he told me he’d give me 10% off since no manager was available to enter my info. There is no discount on the receipt. He also only showed me the Hitz RSO, no other options available? Idk this was my 1st time here & I’ll never come back. I had to ask for my receipt cause he was gonna just toss it.
