Yeah, I didn't get what I ordered. I had to pay 20 dollars more because they didn't have what I ordered. They didn't communicate that with me and just thought it was okay to upcharge me on the spot without talking to me about it first, it still should have been 40 if they didnt have the product and only had disposable.Thankfully, I pulled extra money, or that would have been another fee at the atm. When I got the cart, it was dead. I had to buy a mini USB charger just to get it to work. Then, when smoking it,it was burnt out and didn't hit at all. The battery died in 15 puffs, had to extract it, and put it into another cart. Pickup wasn't bad. Stuff wasn't too terrible, not great. I would not go here again, though, with other places around that seem to not have these troubles. So now I'm down 27 dollars with the charger. Drove 5 hours to get this. I would try some better establishments next time. Update: June 17th, I am a real customer, I will reach out to you because I was highly unsatisfied with the whole transaction. It is not a fraudulent review. I was given a 1 gram disposable of blue dream after being told my cart was not availble,I'm not going to try to convince you that I am real if you're not going to believe it anyway. I've included a photo of the text I sent when I arrived. Whether you have records of the purchase or not is poor business on your side, which is not my responsibility. I'm just the customer stating what happened. I wish it was different, but that's how it went regardless of whether you believe it or not. The one you gave me did not work, it tasted like pencil shavings, and as i was smoking it ,it looked like it was burning the oil as it started to turn dark brown and i could not get any smoke,so I knew something was wrong. After I switched it my pen it was fine. I've been smoking for 24 years so I think I know what I'm talking about. The quality and delivery were not bad as I stated, it just wasn't what I ordered, I got upcharged another 20, had to buy a new charger and then after realizing the battery was no good switched it to my pen, and it tasted allright,luckily I got switched before it burnt the whole gram. Sooo, yeah I would say it litterally left me with a bad taste in my mouth after the whole thing, so to say. – Bryan Hernandez
