I came in last week and witnessed a disgusting situation where a customer was trying to flirt with one of the women working and I could blantaly see how uncomfortable she was. I was also in there again today and coinicdently happened to run into the same man from last week being rude and disrespectful to the staff. I really hope y'all are protecting your employees and their wellbeing because it's horrible to witness a situation TWICE from a customer who has disrespected them. Mind you, Gavin is such a gentleman anytime I purchase from this location, and to witness that interaction and how the customer was speaking to him and other staff was appalling. I was happy that he was asked to leave because it was completely unnecessary for that situation to have gone down the way it did and it made the environment of the store extremely uncomfortable. Please make sure y'all are looking out for your employees and their safety because it's not always about the money in this industry. We don't tolerate that behavior from customers at the company I work for and neither should Makena. – Kilisi Nusipepa
The flower is good, the staff seems to regularly change and leaves a lot to be desired attitude wise unfortunately. My issue is that they do not have an online menu so you have to call or go in to see what they have and they are often out of stuff and that part of what the attitude issue is, when an employee is needing to look up product availability – Amy Vickers

Purchased vape cartridges here before but this time purchased an ounce that looked great and smelled pretty good. Got it home to smoke it and GARBAGE. When lit it crackled like spice or synthetic crap sprayed with god only knows what. In short ended up tossing the entire ounce because it didn't smoke right and sure as hell didn't taste or get me high like normal real marijuana. Only thing comparable is spice.
