Used to be the dispensary to go to until the start of 2026. They were bought out and raised prices, dropped all loyalty programs, and have limited sales and coupons. I had been going to this dispensary for nearly a decade, until they dropped their loyalty point program without warning, losing me nearly $300, customer service that doesn’t respond, all while raising prices. The recent change in the company has showed me they no longer care about putting customers first and are entirely focused on profits above all now. With only bad business practices for the past few months, I will be taking my money elsewhere as I cannot support a company that can’t be loyal to their customers. Edit: Reply to March and Ash. I tried emailing your “customer service” team earlier this week and have yet to hear anything back besides your auto-reply. If there’s no plan to make up for your deletion of the Loyalty Program then I have no plans to return to your business. Your “deep care” for your customers doesn’t show when all your company’s recent actions have been to maximize your own profits at the cost of the customer’s experience. Edit 2: Still waiting to hear back from your “customer service.” It’s absolutely ridiculous that it’s been over a week and I’ve only received the auto-reply. I can tell your company actually cares about its customers by how long it’s takes to respond. I highly recommend going .25 mile down the street to Coastal Cannabis or another nearby dispensary. They actually respond to customers and don’t suddenly take away what you’ve earned over 8+ years of loyalty. – Jacob P

Great products and amazing deals for the community, I’ve been going here for years. Sadly though I won’t be returning, there’s a specific employee who has caused some issues for me going in (won’t bother getting the kids name). There was a day cash registers weren’t working properly or something along those lines. This specific employee had given me the wrong change (which I was unaware of, as I don’t count my change. Quite literally not my job lol) he then came out to the parking lot to ask for it back which I did immediately (no issues and smile on my face) and even apologized that I had noticed. A week later I come in and he gives me a whiney little boy attitude about how I stole money from him in front of my fiancée. (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL) I explained to him that I don’t count change and never have in my life. He then argues back and forth in front of my fiancée and customers about how he “saw me count it” 🤓👆🏻. I told him I didn’t and it really wasn’t a big deal, mistakes happen. He then doubled down on making me out to be a thief. Keep in mind the manager of that locations child and mine go on play dates and I’ve known him for years, unsure why this random whiney brat of an employee would accuse me of stealing when it’s not my job to count and give correct change ( THAT IS LITERALLY HIS ONLY JOB!!!) His lack of integrity and respect is what has caused me to find another shop. So overall, great shop and shout out to the homie Lalo for running a smooth shop. I’d definitely recommend this place, but if you see some pretty boy checking you out. Avoid that little boy, he’s unprofessional and rude. I am rarely ever compelled to create negative reviews; but the shocking decline in quality from March and Ash Vista has left me 100% decided that I will not order here again. I have been a loyal customer for 2+ years, I always tip my delivery drivers and show appreciation. My regular order which I make ~once a month suddenly shot up in price without justification, coupled with what others have already detailed: they disbanded the entire rewards point system without notification or compensation… Basically a giant middle finger to anyone who has shown any degree of loyalty. For my past 3 orders, I have specified on the order instructions section where I would like the driver to arrive so I can easily locate them. The instructions are never addressed leaving me no choice but to wander around my apartment complex until I either find the driver or they call me clearly lost. The drivers show up to a different location every single time. With the cannabis industry in SoCal being so competitive, March and Ash does not have the Clout to so blatantly disregard their clientele and expect the same business. Shady dismissive business practice that deserves a financial lesson. As others have stated just go down the street to Coastal Cannabis; don't waste your time with this place. – Soren Sonstein

Extra shout out to Victoria Very nice helpful person, not only did she help me out alot she put a smile on my face amazing customer service . I feel as though these people just shot themselves in the foot. The below reviews specify the exact issues and sentiment. You seriously did not notify any of your longtime customers about the literal appropriation of all of their points 🤦‍♂️🤣?! Not cool at all…Guess it's time to go elsewhere, and I imagine that many others will now do the same. ________________________ EDIT POST RESPONSE: Lol. No! There is zero reason for me to contact you. You people knew what you were doing. This is shady, back-handed business practices. I honestly hope that your reviews go to hell, and I pray that all of your locations go out of business.
