They treat their female employees horribly. Went in for the first time with a friend several months ago and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!! Shae and the other girl were awesome! Recently, I went in for their cartridge deal. There were people asking about the other female worker and why she hasn’t been there and the dude with the glasses and hoodie said horrible things about the past employee to the customers. I’ll never go back no matter how cheap the prices are. I hope wherever those girls are at, that they know their customers have their backs! – Bradley Hill

I love medicine creek dispo overall and go there the most, but a few times I go there and they have posted they’ll be open until a certain time, but I show up and they are closed 15-20 minutes early. For example, today, July 4th, they had posted they’d be open until 6pm all weekend, so I get off work at 5:30 and rush down to the dispensary but they’re already locked up by 5:45?? – Kat Upchurch

I came to the store today around 2:30pm on 3/6/2023 and came for wax the two male budtenders up front one with glasses and beany scruffy beard and the other a little shorter than the other had short hair and that's who helped me. First I asked what he prefers more the blueberry tangie or the sour tangie he said the blueberry so I asked are these the $21/gram wax and he said yes for medical and I said great can I get one of each and gave him my medical card. So he proceeded to check me out and said the total would be $74 and I said you just said they are $21 per gram for medical so that would be $42 and he said well $74 is your price is today I just didn't want to argue because this is the second occurrence with these budtenders so I just asked for my receipt and he smiled and said I can't provide you with one today have a good day and I said I've never had a budtender tell me no I couldn't have a receipt this is horrible way to treat customers and just bad for business I haven't even opened my product due to wanting to solve this problem I want a refund at this point I'll even bring the unopened products-jordan Edit: just went back in after being on the phone with them,the guy who I believe is the manager he and I spoke shortly and he explained due to the computer end not being updated it was charging me wrong and he fixed the pay difference and even threw in some pre-rolls the strain was blue haze and it's some good stuff and he was very professional and understanding n went above to make things right definitely appreciate you and the way ya handled everything also that blueberry tangie was is awesome thanks again. – goblin osen
