Medicine Man

So we came here before I love and I literally love your company always ask me we came here to purchase the wrong or wrong. Either way wasn’t that great so the second time and the security guard was awesome. The one was nice before manager , not going to help after coming tonight and talking to the security guard Pete which is honesty and very polite so welcoming with the other one patiently good night, beautiful and always really want to be home was so nice to not even exchange, but to give us the people so honestly literally a dog above Customer service if you like something for her she deserves a vacation to White and a pay raise same for Pete. Are you guys are shopping somewhere else? You literally need to stop and come to medicine man everyone here is awesome, respectful and just good energy and all about Customer service. – Timothy

Pretty disappointing experience at this location. I remember always having great visits to their original location years ago so was excited to discover this location closer to home. Went in to buy flower and was offered very limited options, literally just two. I chose the “better” of the two and it’s some of the worst flower I’ve purchased since moving to this state. I’m guessing this was not the usual experience for someone coming to this store based on the high reviews, but I’ll be sticking with my usual spot unfortunately. – Charlie Hall

I’ve been coming to Medicine man for a year now, all staff has been super welcoming and friendly creating a good vibe and a cozy atmosphere. I feel like the staff really take their time to educate their customers, get to know them and are good at remembering names or faces. I want to shout out Pete the security guy, always a nice dude. I've been coming to this spot for a minute because of the staff,it's very hard to find good customer service these days… Every time I'm in there I'm always treated very well… One of my favorite people there is BECCA!!
