MediThrive is seriously the best spot in all of San Francisco. I’ve checked out a bunch of places over the years, and nothing comes close. Their selection is amazing, whether you’re looking for flower, vapes, edibles, or something new, they always have what I need (and then some). The deals are solid too, like actually worth checking out—not just the usual “discount” gimmicks. The staff is super chill and helpful, never pushy, and they really know what they’re talking about. It’s also in a great location and super easy to swing by if you’re in the city. But the best part? They deliver. Seriously, life-saver. Fast, reliable, and just as good as being there in person. These people are rude and disrespectful.I Was a customer since 2017. I placed my order over the phone because I had tried 3times prior so Nicholas took my order over the phone and Robert filled the order. I saw that the AlienLabs BK Satellite I ordered was a Sativa.when I called the next day Robert answered, I explained to him the issue. He put me on hold for over 30mins and a woman got on the phone very disrespectful and rude.Her excuse was it was a Hybrid but Sativa leaning and insisted on that's why the package was marked Sativa. I said that's a LIE. She demanded rudely saying what did I want to do about it 3 time's, I said exchange it and she demanded for what ? I asked her if they had a different one that was honestly a Hybrid. She said, Iam not going to play this game with you. I said I will call back since I was to upset being treated like that. I called back so I didn't have to deal with her and the guy at night insisted the same as her it was a Hybrid but Sativa leaning and that if I had placed my order on line I wouldn't be having this problem. I said I tried and I usually do. He said then you should have watched the video like I'm an idiot. He demanded to know what I wanted to do about? I said I can't smoke Sativa, he said if you had placed my order online this wouldn't have been a problem and since I didn't watch the video about ordering on line.He said since it was open there was nothing he could do about it and told me it's my problem and hung up the phone on me! I have NEVER been treated so badly especially when I spend $215.00 or more in there. I called back the next day and spoke to Nicholas who took my order.He was beyond rude and disrespectful and was yelling at me , telling me "this is not what your gonna do lady is tell me , what iam gonna do", he said I'm gonna tell you the way it's gonna go.He said I didn't tell you to buy a damn thing! I said I know that and he cut me off and wouldn't let me explain and then said do you want to exchange it and I said yes. He puts me on hold for 20mins. He was already been informed of me calling previously. Nicholas gets back on the phone and asks if the package was open? I said yes but we didn't smoke it. He said there will be NO EXCHANGE and that I was being dishonest and he was not going to play my game! I said your the one playing the game. You already knew about me calling previously and you get on the phone accusing me of being a liar and he didn't care how many year's I was a customer. He is the one in charge and what he says goes! I told him it said Hybrid on their website and that it is a Hybrid but Sativa leaning he said I'm looking right at the picture on their website. He refused to hear anything else I had to say and hung up the phone on me. I have no need to Lie and I refuse to be treated as such. They are the one that lied and post false and misleading information on their website. I have a very bad reaction to Sativa strain and I'm very careful when I order and I also double checked with Nicholas when placing my order with him and he reassured me that they were all Hybrid. I had no reason to not believe him. I was honest when telling them I opened it because I had no reason to think they would lie to me. It's really ashamed that they care nothing about how long I had been a loyal customer and for how long. Obviously they feel that they can treat people so horribly and cruel ! I have proof of the misleading and false information on their website. I having been placing my order on line and they did not need to talk to me in such a disrespectful manner. Iam also disabled and use medical cannabis for pain and for other medical conditions. Iam 56 year's old and iam far from incompetent and was disgusted with Nicholas, Robert, the woman and the other male employees who treated me as such . He are the screenshot of what was on their website and what I ordered and what I received. They do not want my business Obviously. I spent $50.00 on that eighth and they should have just exchanged instead they chose to loose a loyal customer. – Gina Leach

Lol dont come here. Manager here is very passive aggressive and clearly hates his job. Placed my order multiple times, yep sure did, because each time was being canceled. I finally answer the call, the manager is explaining that my number is under another profile and no longer do delivery. Totally understandable that he nor does any managers is in control of weedmaps or any IT issues on the site; all i asked for who can I speak to as for as customer service to figure out the situation. But idk, the manager must've been either annoyed, tired,or callous. Either way , I am not the one that applied to a position you clearly arent happy with. The attitude was only laughable because I know that boy was high as hell on the phone lol – Reece Thomas

I’ve been visiting this store daily. And right now I checked in for the second time to go get something I was planning on. And after scanning my ID the security guard kicked me out of the store screaming and yelling at me aggressively in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I will never spend a $1 at this.
