Called first to see the process as a new patient at this dispensary. Easy from start to finish. Did not have to see a pharmacist. Even though I have talked with one regarding my health ailments and chronic disease, they offered me to visit with the pharmacist for any questions or updates. Very professional, and courteous. From dress top to bottom (casual or business casual), to demeanor, disposition, and knowledge. Everyone was very pleasant. I thank you all for helping my life and get off the myriad of daily Rx regimen from two of my physicians. I found my new favorite dispensary. Come in the South entrance on the Ground level, they are to in the suite on the left after you come into the building. Don’t walk down the West corridor, you won’t locate Suite W75 there. Free parking on ground level and underneath in the garage. Be sure to ask the representative or pharmacist about a financial hardship discount such as being on public assistance, a first responder or a military veteran discount. They have 15% off for veterans. Doesn’t hurt to ask. Also, you can order for pickup on Leafly. That site is quickly becoming my new friend and resource guide. My summer flew by because of my chronic health condition (Crohn's Colitis), in which I had a severe flare up that landed me in the hospital multiple times. The PharmaCann Blue Matter EF90 is where it is at for me. I prefer the EF90 Hybrid over the Sativa, especially at night time for sleep. Every time I shop here customer service is so amazing first and foremost. I just want to talk about Nicole who goes above and beyond to make sure that I understand what each product does and which one works best for me and my pain I have also interacted with Myles as well as Tramaine and the professionalism is outstanding, this company goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable I am helped. I am serviced with amazing customer service, and great prices I have tried other places, and I will always say that this is my number one place to go to. Normally, I’m pretty personal about what goes on in my life but I love this company so much and couldn’t help but write an amazing review. Excellent experience. Reps at the counter were welcoming and professional. They were also very patient with my medical cannabis inexperience. (FYI be sure to show up with your medical ID AND medical certificate pdf sent to their email). You pick what you'd like with or without consultation. Then a pharmacist packages and labels the product. He was very professional and I opted not to take any consultation. All products were well packaged, discrete and smell proof. Disappointing experience. No one ahead of me, waited over 30 minutes on a Friday at 5pm. About 4 people behind me, as I leave after not being able to wait any longer the pharmacist is hanging out outside. The “manager” Jeremy was of no assistance. Not sure what business practice has employees taking breaks within the last hour of closing but definitely an eye opener to the poor management at this location. – GUH REG
