I had such an awesome experience thanks to Louie! The moment I walked in, he brought the perfect mix of good vibes, knowledge, and real customer care. He answered every question like a pro and made the whole shopping trip super easy and enjoyable. I even tried to track down his manager to give him a shoutout only to find out he’s one of the managers! Talk about leading by example. Great leadership = great customer service = one very happy customer. Thanks to Louie, I walked out totally satisfied and already planning my next visit. I only stopped in here bc I had gotten off a flight & wouldn't have had time to make it to a different dispo before closing, & I wouldn't recommend anyone go for any other reason but that lol zero discounts so you're paying full price for each item PLUS tax which adds up, meanwhile there are so many other dispos in the area you can get discounts at AND have tax included in their pricing, which (when not on sale) comes out to the same price at MedMen anyways (before taxes). I will say that I had no problem with staff & the set up of the store was nice – Delaney
