I got 2 cartridges without knowing that they were to big for my pen. Now they won't take them back so I'm stuck with them. I'm not in the market for buying another pen as I got more junk than I want already. Plus the carts they sold me were shorted. There was only enough oil in them to coat the glass. And the dry they sold me sucked. Not impressed with the customer service also. I would recommend not wasting your money here. Run away – sean beery
I originally came to Mile High out of convenience as I live nearby. Then I met the boys, and they helped me with anything and everything related to the product. We even talked about other interesting stuff. So I started being a regular shopper! Then they hired this cool gal that runs the store weekdays. She's very nice and helpful too! She's always willing to help with any product with a smile. And the attitude she has is very uplifting. I'm always happy when I leave my shop! I feel like I visited some friends.
