Ugh they failed again for me. Multiple occasions with unfriendly employees and today I ordered ahead….all to get to the store and it is closed for a staff event. I am all for taking care of your staff, but what about your customers? You have stores all over the city but couldn't find coverage? Or at least let someone who ordered ahead that you are closing early. Save yourself time and frustration and go to Jars down the street. They are open 24/7 and are always fast and friendly. – Luke LaSavage
