Wouldn’t honor a coupon that was not item specific. Employees check with manager and told me I was good to go. I left to use the ATM (wasn’t working). Came back and I used their ATM (paid the fee) . Manager then told me I couldn’t buy the item with coupon. She offered to reimburse me through their tip jar…not taking money from the hourly employees. After 30+ minutes between our first interaction. Not a huge customer but I’ll never be back. And will be sure to spread the message. You are specific in your B1G1 coupon…but not this one. Own your mistake. – BW

I went here one time out of convenience and been coming back as my first choice dispensary ever since. So atleast 3 times a month for the past 2 years. I love these guys. They're very pleasant to be around and great at pointing you in the right direction when you get overwhelmed by the amount of different products they carry. – Hellz Belz

Aleena was awesome. Super sweet, big smile and told me about the store and answered all my questions since it was my first time there. The store itself was well organized, prices are absolutely amazing plus the deals and reward point system. I wish they had more locations this would be the only dispensary I'd go to every time. – Josh Rogers

I got off work at 830. Arrived around 840-845. (Yes I know it’s close to closing time, trust me. I hate being that person) they let me in and I was waiting in line for roughly 15-18 minutes. When I got to the front of the line. One of the employees on register 10 (ima call her 10 for this) called the person BEHIND me. For an online order. He was in the wrong line. Little weird they knew he was an online order. Unless it was a friend of hers? Anyway. That frustrated me a little. But I moved on. Went to the counter. Was talking to the girl who called me forward (on register 8) saying how it was weird but oh well whatever. And right as I was about to order, 10 walks over and proudly states “David you only have 2 minutes to order” i responded with “well if you didn’t take the guy behind me first. I would have had more time” she responded with “well we close at 9 and you should have gotten here earlier” now I’m livid. Freshly off work. Just trying to go home myself after picking up some goodies. And this lady has the audacity to try and hurry me up because what? She wants to leave early? Who knows. I called the GM the next day and told her about the situation. She tried to offer me something to make up for the situation. But to be honest, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere if the night time employees treat customers like that. So, all in all, I won’t be back to a mint dispensary ever again and will not take that as a customer. Thank you for your time – David Fears

I LOVE your shop, you have the best deals in town, there's only one other shop I even bother with, but your website is horrible. It's so slow it takes over half hour to place a decent-sized order. You got to do something about that. Great job great website just work the bugs out that are keeping it slow – Kelly Hutchison
