Why allow online orders at 1144pm if the price won’t be honored if I’m in the drive thru at 1201am? Online confirmation says it won’t be ready for pickup for 45-60 minutes anyway, so why even offer a discounted price if it won’t be honored when I’m told to show up? But I can go pay an atm fee to throw down an extra $20 more than what I agreed to? Cool, what a generous solution to a problem you created. The website fine print says “ Online Orders must be picked up within the same 24 hr period to receive the same day Discounts.” If this is supposed to mean the pickup on the same “calendar day” is required, website verbiage needs to be updated. Actual waste of time & waste of gas, and I literally just want weed, there’s no way it needs to be that complicated. And tbh, last time I was here, a cashier screamed at me for standing too close to a customer’s cash that *he* left out in the open when I had just leaned over to pick out a lighter at the direction of my own cashier. I refused to even acknowledge that weirdo because I wasn’t doing anything that warranted being addressed that way. Idk this place sucks butt lately! I have no problem being picky with where I spend my money in this economy. I’m already wasting gas at this point— gonna find somewhere that’s better managed even if it’s out of the way for me. If you can honor $37 for order 349070950, I’ll come pick it up and delete this idgaf, just hold up your end of what was offered and agreed to! 55% markup upon arrival isn’t it. – Shundiin Autumn McDonald

4 days ago I went into Mint at Tempe. I had an experience that was out of this world!! Derian took care of me abs my wife. It was my wife's birthday. She was so amazing.. Red Carpet Customer Service. Thank you so much for making our day that much more special!!! I literally had tears of joy. Sometimes when you are going through a challenge in life one person can really make the difference. Christopher was awesome from beginning to end. Actually all of the staff that I came in contact with were amazing. I had to return due to a defective product and immediately was taken care of. Atmosphere is also a plus everyone is vibing and smiling it was such a welcoming environment 10/10 would recommend this dispo to all. – Jessica Padilla

We were on vacation here and heard about the infused food. I had the pepperoni pizza and my wife had the tacos. We shared a bit with each other. Oh man was that pizza good! 🍕 and so were the tacos 🌮 😋 We got to feeling REALLY GOOD not long after we finished. We're planning another trip down there (from WA state) to visit my golf-buddy and get some YUMMY INFUSED FOOD!!! – WWG1WGA

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the return/exchange policy is extremely rigid. I realized within a minute of leaving that I had accidentally purchased the wrong strain and immediately walked back in. The products were unopened and still in the original bag, yet I was told exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances. I understand policies exist for a reason, but there should be reasonable discretion for honest mistakes — especially when the product hasn’t even left the bag. Losing $100 over a one-minute error feels excessive and leaves a bad impression. Great employees, but the policy needs more flexibility. – Sir Poopington
