I want to shout out and give a BIG " THANK YOU" to Jeanette G a manager at the Mission South Shore location. Jeanette was the type of service SUPERSTAR that you rarely find anymore and is almost a myth. She exuded a quality I have not experienced in a long whole. I knew instantly I was in capable hands and she was going to get it TOGETHER on my behalf…..and SHE DID !! 💥👍 It had been a minute since I had been through for a purchase and things had changed administratively with the State. IYKYK. Jeanette helped me create my new account,printed out a copy of my I.D. for future use, rang me out gave me information and helped me get much more than I anticipated or had intended to recieve✅️. She was helpful, pleasant and kind….she went above and beyond and really made my day on top of us sharing a few laughts too.. Clean establishment, knowledgeable employees and a variety of products. We were asked for identification upon entry and you are directed to iPads to select and place your order. Since we did not know much about the products, one of the employees came from behind the counter to assist and educate us on the products. – Laura A

I have been a customer since 2020 and I absolutely HATE the changes. From our industry discount being knocked down from 20% (to now 10%). Our points now expire when you don't use them within a certain timeframe (it used to be you would have them as long as you needed to use them), and don't get me started on this terrible new website. It's so disorganized, stupid and hard to navigate. I really miss the clarity, organization, and overall better functionality of the old website. And it's ugly af. I used to happily shop here regularly. Now I barely come, and that's only because it's the ONLY dispensary on the South Side of Chicago (which needs to change). I work in the industry. I use to send my students, program participants, and encourage neighbors to shop here. I don't do that anymore. It doesn't feel as special as it once did because now Mission operates like all the other low effort, profit over patient driven dispensaries. I will say the budtender's are great. They are friendly, courteous, helpful, and deserve to be tipped generously if you can. Lord knows they probably aren't being paid more than the minimum. – Neffer Kerr
