Just had my first bad experience here after spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this place. I was told a memorial day sale began on Monday – up to 40% off certain things. I was looking for one of two particular raw garden carts which were set to be on sale. When I came in, the carts were out of stock. Apparently, the sale actually began on Sunday and was only extended to Monday as a courtesy. The woman helping me grew impatient – never seen her or been helped by her before – because I now had to pick a different item and none of the other on-sale/in stock carts really appealed to me. At no point did she offer to do something chill for a bro (like give me a different raw garden cart for the sale price) and she was not even a little bit apologetic for the miscommunication that led to me missing out on this deal. In fact, she had a very “you’re shit out of luck” attitude and trust me when I say I have never felt like that at this dispensary before. She dodged some of my questions with non-answers and just made me feel like I needed to buy something and get the **** out. Oh, and when I rung up my purchase (had to settle for some Bloom cart) she didn’t even acknowledge my loyalty points nor ask if I wanted to use any on this transaction. Would love for the manager or one of the actually cool budtenders here to hit me up so we can make this right. – Sum Won
