Went in to see what they would do about getting a bad cold fire and the only thing the ‘manager’ had to say was “use it on lower temps” and there was “nothing he could do because it’s half way” this isn’t my first cart I’ve had over 100 cold fires and never had this problem get staff that actually smokes the products and knows how to help customers properly. Went to catalyst to get a new one and they themselves would have changed it out they said. Not even 50% off could get me to go back in there. – Nick G
