The Customer service I received was uplifting exciting and educational, with a lot of direction…Two members of the team made sure I got what I needed, they were patient and provided me with the information I was seeking in order to make an effective purchase…. Without this style of customer service I would have never came back.. I would give 0 stars but it won't let me. I told them I only had $25 on my debit to work with. They acted all nice and ok we can make that happen. Then them knowing but unknowns to me is the card fee of $3. I could have went with a $10 cheaper deal but went with their recommendations saying it's only the $25. I later found out cause a payment was decline for a part for same day delivery for my furnace. I was $1.87 short. When I called and spoke to the manager they said they would not give me back my $3. Now it's going to be a cold night tonight with no furnace. 20's tonight. Never doing business there again. Sacred leaf yall on lee summit and 23rd. Great prices and customer service. Plus…no card fees. 😁 – John Myers
