I use online ordering here often when I have to come to the stl area. They have a good selection, always get what I order and the staff is quick and polite. Usually they have a good sense of humor and make some small talk, not always, but still not rude. Never have I had a complaint, and I recommend them all the time. Highly recommend this dispensary. Daily deals, knowledgeable staff, clean store. i want to thank the supervisors Danny, and Charlie, for helping me with an exchange on a cartridge yesterday. when i got to work this cartridge had leaked, i called and they said bring it back and we will switch. I’ve been going to this location for a long time and the employees were always very nice and accommodating. I always enjoyed nature med and it’s close to my home. This was not the case on Sunday MARCH 16th, 2025. I know Sunday is the busiest day for them but, everyone from the front desk person to the check out person was rude. Instead of treating customers like people and working out the issues at hand. I realize that I messed up my online order. They wanted to be aggressive and unfortunately lost me as a customer. I wouldn’t give your money to these people. You work too hard for it to be treated like they’re doing you the favor. Customer service training is lacking. – K. Lovelace
