Review for Nature's wonder Dispensary 2825 West Thomas Rd. I recently picked up a half ounce of their strain "Marker" and was extremely disappointed. As soon as I got home and rolled one up, I immediately noticed a strong moldy taste—definitely not safe or acceptable for any product, let alone cannabis. I called the dispensary right away and was told to speak to Cindy, the manager, the following day. I went in as instructed, explained the situation clearly, and asked for a simple exchange for a fresh batch. Cindy went to speak to upper management and returned only to offer a $10 credit. I wasn’t looking for a handout—I just wanted a clean, safe product in exchange for the one I couldn’t even use. When I expressed my disappointment and told her this experience would cost them a customer, her response was that I had "only been there four times," as if that somehow justified selling moldy product or ignoring the issue. This kind of customer service and disregard for product safety is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to check their product carefully—or better yet, shop somewhere that values its customers and the quality of its flower. – Edward Ruiz
