I went into this location 15930 SW Regatta Ln, Beaverton, Oregon, 97006 on 11/29/25 around 10-11am for an ounce of weed and asked if the weed had a lot of seeds could I bring it back the gentleman told me I could and they would switch it out without a problem. So when I left not even 2 minutes I noticed there was a bunch of seeds in the bottom of the bag. I went back to change it out and this middle age white lady with reddish brown hair told me All the bottom shelf weed has seeds in them and that I’d probably have the same issue if I got another bag, so I left after asking her twice to make sure an being told to “have a nice day” so I left and it had SO MANY SEEDS just grinding up one bowl I found a hand full and I have pictures to prove it. I’ve been getting this grad weed for over a year and never had this problem so the first time I go to return something after being told I could without problem? But now I’m told this is what you get basically? Very unhappy with the budtender and my experience I’m not even half way into the bag and I’ve already collected about 50 seeds. – James Manges
Updated Review 2/17/26: I appreciated the store lead reaching out to me regarding this incident. We were able to work through the issue and I truly appreciated how kind and helpful she was. I went in on 01/17/26 to buy a new battery and two cartridges. The battery I was recommended by the budtender started leaking with the first cartridge I used, at first I thought it was user error or maybe a faulty cartridge (mind you it was a $55 cartridge because I was feeling fancy). However today after the 2nd cartridge also leaked I called Nectar and asked if I could still do an exchange. They said I could if I used my account at the time of purchase. Well, I went in and they couldn’t find my purchase on my account. I’m beyond upset I spent so much money on a faulty battery and cartridges and Nectar won’t do anything about it because the budtender failed to connect my account to the purchase I made (How is that my fault??) On top of that the budtender that assisted me today told me that the bobsled cartridge I had bought didn’t work well with the battery in general, which is even more upsetting because the original budtender that helped me literally recommended that battery and cartridge. I have been loyal to Nectar since 2020 because the service was always great, but after this experience I’m completely over it. – Gisela V
Believe it's one of the best Nectar stores out there. Employees are fast, efficient, always great there customers with smile. And always very intelligent with there's and others products. Prices will very ,witch is just fine. Thanks Nectar. See you soon. …. SMO77 …. – Shawn Olsen
I’m giving this rating because of my experience today. I came in around 4:40pm to pick up an online order. I was in line, there’s a white bearded guy behind me. All is well, the line pics up, the bud tender Christian asks, who here has online orders. Those that did raised their hand, including myself. Why did Christian select the white bearded guy who is behind me to go first. Then looks at me and says I’ll get you next. The white guy in front of me and the round white lady behind me made a comment like he didn’t just see you in line before him. That was rude. It’s hella rude and just blatant racism. When I get to the counter, I tell Christian that it was rude to let that customer go first after you saw my hand raised and I was here before him. He says “oh I didn’t know who was first, there’s a long line and I’m just trying to get through it.” His response was bullshit, just apologize for his error. But no to say that is definitely not a business or budtender I want to patronize. – Bessie
