Visited this dispensary for the first time as a tourist looking for recreational use. The staff was super friendly and the girl who helped me took the time to explain everything they had available. I ended up getting 1/8 oz of Blue Dream (Sativa) – amazing quality! The prices weren’t the lowest, but the product was excellent and the overall experience was great. I was hoping to leave a great review but I'll tell you the truth I felt like my business wasn't appreciated and valued from the manager/owner and security guard. I went in and the wonderful associate w an accent helped me out answered my questions and even got me to upsell on another item and as I go to pay the owner/manager sends him to the back. I wasn't told excuse me anything just poor guy went to the back for a while. I waited and I didn't want to leave but I asked the security what is going on and why did the guy who looked like the owner (seen him working in the ATM machine open) send him or where is he? The security lied to protect the owner/ manager/employee because he knew he was wrong and protecting the poor customer service interaction. I took my $300 cash I was about to hand over and walked out. I seen some products that were interesting but nothing really wowed me. Too bad I really wanted to give you guys a chance and you blew it but it is whoever running that place needs to wise up. – L.
