Been going here for years & years. Never had any issues with flavor, selection, etc. Yesterday, I had to “return” a bad vape for the first time ever. The lead budtender listened to my issues & was very understanding. He fixed the situation & got me a disposable option that was much better. Top tier service if you ever run into any problems. They accepted my order online but were out of stock of what I ordered when I got to the store. I left empty handed because there was no equivalent for the price point. Like why even order online if they either don’t have the product or won’t hold it for you. Really disappointed because I had enjoyed this location in the past. – Michael H

Hello, I’m writing this post with respect and transparency, not to accuse or defame anyone. I’ve been a regular customer of your stores for over two years. I don’t buy in large quantities, but I buy consistently, and I’ve always had good experiences — great prices and excellent customer service. This is actually the first time I’ve ever visited this specific location. A few days ago, I purchased two cartridges. When I got back to my vehicle, I noticed that one of the two containers did not have a security seal, while the other one did. I found it strange, but I assumed it may have been opened to show the product and then put back. Four or five days later, I opened the cartridge that did have the security seal, and that’s when I noticed something concerning: • The two cartridges are completely different from each other • The internal structure, external hardware, and even the mouthpiece material and texture are different • They don’t look like the same product at all At this point, it feels uncomfortable not knowing exactly what I’m using, where it came from, who manufactured it, or what the actual contents are. Again, I want to be very clear: I am not trying to damage the reputation of the store. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I genuinely believe this could be a mistake rather than something intentional. What I’m asking for help with is simple: 👉 Which of these two cartridges is the legitimate one, and which one should I discard due to unknown origin? My only concern is safety. I want to stop using the cartridge of questionable origin. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate any guidance or clarification you can provide. Edit: Okay Leila, I just went to the store like you told me, and what they told me was, yes, they make them differently. I think they could have told me that here, which was my goal, and just thrown away the defective one. But no, they made me drive 28 minutes all the way here, just to tell me, "That's how it works, yes, it's all fine." Now I have a 28-minute drive back home for nothing. – Santiago Valdez
