On my most recent visit to this dispensary, I purchased a cartridge from Hustler Ambition, a product I’ve bought many times in the past. On one previous occasion, I had an issue with one of these cartridges, and the staff handled it professionally by swapping it out without any problem. Because of that experience and the pricing, I continued to purchase them. Unfortunately, during this recent visit, I experienced another issue with a cartridge. When I returned to the store, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I felt as though my concern was not taken seriously and that I was being treated as if I were being dishonest. Multiple staff members acknowledged that these cartridges have had recurring issues and even advised against purchasing them due to similar complaints from other customers. Given that the store is aware of ongoing problems with this product, I’m confused as to why it is still being sold. This dispensary used to be my go-to spot for good deals, but based on this experience, I can’t confidently recommend it—especially if you’re shopping for value and reliability, as you may end up with a faulty product. – Martin Barrera
