What People Are Saying

I love the attention the crew gives to everyone as they are walking in to the store! There was only 2 members working when I went in this afternoon. Rebecca and Julia were very attentive and had great attitudes even as the line kept getting longer. You both were awesome today! Thank you!! – liz

My wife and I stopped by Nirvana in Apache Junction for the first time and had an awesome experience. As first-timers, we weren’t totally sure what to expect, but Julia C took incredible care of us from the moment we walked in. She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and made sure we understood our options without ever making us feel rushed. Julia was super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy to navigate. We left feeling really well informed and confident about our choices. If you’re new or just want great service, definitely ask for Julia C. She’s awesome and made our first visit a great one. We’ll definitely be back! 🌵 – Ron Forrest

Brandi is the best of the bestest!! Don’t get me wrong everybody that works there is amazing, but this girl went above and beyond for me. This I think is my favorite place in my town. They are fully stocked all the time with the best. They are very knowledgeable and they’re always smiling. – judie farris

Visited this store today to purchase cartridges that were advertised on sale for 2 for $22. When the cashier rang up four cartridges, the total came to $85. I pointed out multiple times that if the sale was 2 for $22, then four should total $44—not $85. She told me the flyer was incorrect and that the sale price was actually $17 each. She even crossed out the advertised price on the flyer and wrote in the new price. After paying—but before the items were even bagged—we realized she had rung up disposables instead of cartridges, which was not what we asked for. She apologized and mentioned that many customers say “cartridges” when they mean disposables. She attempted to have the manager void or refund the transaction since we hadn’t taken possession of the product yet and the mistake was hers. The manager refused, stating they could not process exchanges or refunds. The cashier, clearly feeling bad about the situation, offered a free pre-roll, but that didn’t make up for paying nearly double what we expected or for being stuck with a product we didn’t want due to an employee error. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience—one we’ve never had at other dispensaries. Be cautious here and make sure to carefully check the product before paying, because if a mistake is made, you may be the one who pays for it. – Rebecca Quinn

I have been going to this dispensary for a long time now and spend a decent amount of money every month. I typically buy in large quantities so I’m not going constantly. This hadn’t been an issue until recently. I had gotten 6 vapes a couple months ago and when I worked my way through them I found that 4 of them didn’t work (they were getting clogged, leaking wax, and some just blinking. I had gotten through the first two no issues so I was surprised when I found this. I went to return the non working pens and was told I couldn’t by the manager because it was past their 7 day return policy. I was told that next time I should try them all out first and if one acts up then I should return them all because it might be a batch issue. I was kind of put off by this because sometimes they work for a bit before they have issues so the window was pretty short. I decided I would just try to find a consistent brand and only do 2 at a time. Fast forward I’m trying a brand I haven’t tried before and it keeps getting clogged it’s past their 7 day window so it’s whatever. I get a new brand trying to replace the old ones that failed and the first one of the two I try fails after a couple hours wax coming through the holes. I got to return that one and the other one that’s unopened because of what I was told by the manager and it was in the 7 day time frame. I get there explain the situation and the guy tells me that he’s not sure if he’ll be able to return it because they’re “still working“. I said that’s not what I was told before and technically it’s not working properly if wax is getting into my mouth and preventing it from smoking as it should. He told me he would talk to his manager. He went in the back for a decent amount of time when he finally came out he said he had good news and bad news. He could return the one that was leaking wax, but I would have to take my chances with the other one and that it was essentially my fault because I hadn’t been using the silicone disposable plug that it comes with it. I’ve been smoking for YEARS and have never done this and have never had this issue. I will no longer be going back to this location. It’s bad business to not back your products and stick to your word. I went to Trulieve down the street and had a wonderful experience. I asked them about their policy when it came to faulty products. They told me that it doesn’t matter when I bought it if it fails to bring it back because they fully back their product. I now feel confident in buying in bulk again. – Lacey Gunn
