Made purchases on May 18, 2025 about 4pm. John was very helpful with my order. I have MS and started new treatments that cause nausea and I suffer with inability to sleep well. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He recommended some of the medical grade products and options depending on the situation. I was very pleased and intend to return. My son and I was on vacation and stopped by on Friday, August 1 at around 2:30 to get some goodies. I'm 60 years old and was carded immediately upon approaching the counter, my son was not. No hello, no welcome in just we need to see your ID. I show it and the guy says what do you need? No smile. No customer service. I said I'm going to look around. About 2 minutes later I am carded again. I'm 60! I show my ID and the girl just walks away! No help or assistance. So I decided not to buy anything and take my business down the road. I walk over to where my son is and I get carded again. I told her I have been carded twice in less then 5 minutes and she says I still need to see your ID for you to be in our store. I'm 60!!! 39 years over the age of 21 and covered in wrinkles. Then as my son was paying for his stuff not only was she RUDE but she told him he cannot come back in unless he has a new ID. He almost told her to just keep her stuff and walk out. Carded 3 times and zero help or customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service because there was zero. Not even a hello welcome in! Nothing but 3 rude budtenders. The worst pot shop I have ever been in. I went down the road and spent my $100. What do I do for a living? I'm a Budtender and your budtenders need trained to actually assist the customers. I will never return to any Nirvana shop, ever. – Lajuana Andersen

After reading the other reviews I see this store just treats people how they want and not professionally. I come into this store 3-4 times a week usually in the mornings but today I went in and was discriminated against and was skipped in line so one of the guys here can help the young girl that came in behind me. When I brought it to there attention I was told “if your gonna call me out then you can get out”and then was refused service from a shop I support and go to 3-4 times weekly. Well not no more and I’ll be telling everyone I know. It’s sad to because I’m actually friends with a couple of the morning bud tenders. Don’t go here go to C&G right across the freeway. Better service and product. I was only going here because it’s only couple blocks from my house but not no more. – Jesse Tilson

So why exactly did you guys raise your prices and then say it's becaueof tarrifs? This is absolute horse crap and you know it. How is a foreign tarrif supposed effect something made in Washington and sold in Washington? This leads me to only 2 conclusions. Either your company is selling things from out of state/country which is highly illegal. Or you're run by someone who's using politics as a reason to guff on their customers. Either is entirely unsavory. And sadly after years of enjoying your service. I'm done. I can go to any dispensary just a mile or two away. Peace guy's. – Saltpepper Garlic

Excellent customer service and they have very knowledgeable employees who know their stuff. Staff is very friendly and respectful and if they don't have something that your looking for they will help u find out where u can get what u are looking for. – Rihanna McCosker
