I always have a great experience. The staff is always really friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was clean, organized, and the ordering process was quick and easy. They had a nice selection of products and everything felt very professional. The sales, selection and staff are all great. The problem is false advertising. They advertise double point Wednesday. I went twice in December on Wednesdays and didn’t get double points either time. When asked, staff told me they weren’t honoring that since other sales were on. Then you shouldn’t be advertising it still. First time I went in January on Wednesday not only didn’t I get double points, I got only half regular points that’s one quarter what I expected from what it said on the website. I was told only 5 points per dollar now and it was an error I should still get double Wednesday. It still said 10 points on the website so they did honor it but I didn’t ask if they correct anyone else. They changed the website to read 5 points and I went back Wednesday. Guess what, no double points no 5 points per dollar either only 3 now and the website still says 5. I’m so tired of going here in B and coming out upset when looking at my receipt. That’s four times in a row. I called again and they made good for what they advertised on the website. Right now, Friday, it still says five but they are only giving 3. Now they don’t have to have a loyalty program at all and I wouldn’t complain. They can’t advertise one thing then give you something else. That’s a big problem for me. Every recommendation, every worker, every strain are amazing here. I went in the other day to purchase some diamond infused pre-rolls and the not only were they as advertised, but the energy in the building is always infectious and phenomenal. I am a frequent shopper at Nj leaf and while the store is good the reason I continue to come is because of the staff! Bree is amazing she always welcomes not only me but all customers with a smile and energy that can brighten anyone’s day! She is not only helpful but extremely attentive to customers needs and has always been very informative and knowledgeable in her field of work and extremely good at problem solving! And I consider her not just an employee at Nj leaf but a VALUABLE ASSET and just a downright amazing person who should be recognized for her consistent ability to not only do her job but to leave each of her customers with a smile they may not have had before entering the store!
