Went through the drive-thru on Friday night to pick up my order and I gotta say I had a 10/10, hassle-free, very pleasant experience. Got some good smoke, drink, and edibles for a super great price, and was in-and-out with a quickness. Sarah, I believe her name was, was extraordinarily courteous, informative, sweet as can be, and showed much gratitude for a tip that I wish I could have quadrupled… All while looking as great as her personality and keeping a big smile on her face, even through some of my dumber of questions. They always keep Rove products in stock, which are my go-tos! Every visit to North Dispensary has been a great experience, and Tony is a huge reason why. I’m a caregiver for a blind, disabled man who walks with a cane, and Tony has always treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. He’s gone above and beyond every single time — always generous, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and authentic.
