I was tricked into buying a rythm product today by the rudest budtender I'd ever met. I called at 7:50 pm today to ask about the sales they were having for 4/20. They told me they had a sale today for a free 8th on rythm products. I said oh cool, does it matter the product, or the price, can it be an edible? The man on the phone got so angry and just kept repeating what he said originally and louder. Like okay whatever. I placed an order and went to pick it up. Arrived at 8:17 pm to pick up. I'm then informed the sale ended at 8 pm. I called at 7:50 and was confirmed there was a sale. This is the rudest, sneakiest, most deceptive sale I've ever seen in my life. There are plenty of other shops where they won't yell at me on the phone for asking questions about their sales. I have screenshots and records of when I called. I have screenshots of my order placed at 7:55 pm five minutes before the sale ended. Edit update: I spoke with the manager Brittney and she was really nice. She said she spoke to the budtender and he admitted he did not say the sale ended in 10 minutes. She gave me the deal I was told I would get and was really kind. I just wish I hadn't been made to feel bad for asking questions about the sale. Brittney said there's often miscommunication with the flash sales. – Zentalia

My pre-orders are always on time. If I don't pre-order the staff is very helpful and friendly, in and out FAST! Prices are amazing, the deals are great, and seems like I always have points to use. I have never had a bad experience at NOXX and won't go anywhere else in the area. – Jenni Whitesell

I made a pre order as I always do here. It was confirmed which means someone viewed the order and pushed it through. When I arrived the store would not honor the posted products on their website saying they would never sell anything like that. Well that’s not my problem that they messed up and they should have compensated. Instead they offered me something $50 more than what I ordered. I won’t return here as I have already emailed their help email address and I have not received a response for over a week now. – Scott Floyd
