Came into NUG today for the first time and I was greeted by the two owners of the store to which one’s name was Sam not sure if the elder to whom may have been Sam’s dad but either way they were both nice and friendly upon arrival and Stephanie who helped us within the store was a big help. What I also want to point out is whenever Stephanie was busy with a customer, Sam took it upon himself to leave his front position to help Stephanie so the customers weren’t waiting too long. First time visit and although they do offer a small discount or freebie surprise for your review the service the prices the customer service and minor detail and care to customer satisfaction is the real reason I agreed to the review. The surprise freebie was just an added cherry on top. Definitely visit I’ll be back for sure – Amanda Bartley
