Hello I am a veteran who has been a good paying customer for some time here with several points on my account. I purchased 2 Fiore Disposable vapes and 2 carts on Friday. It is now the following Monday morning. I brought back one of the Fiore vapes because the charging port was broken. The manager did not allow me to exchange it or offer any sort of compensation for the defective product. Instead, she accused me of tampering with it and smoking more than half. This is a 2 gm cart and there is at least 1/4 (.5 gm) left in the device. Additionally I was working with the budtender and was in the process of purchasing medical grade gummies and another disposable (which I bought). I was very disappointed to be treated with such disrespect as if I am some sort of scammer or criminal. Sometimes these issues happen and they should either fix the thing or exchange it if they cannot fix it. Horrible management here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. – Keen Rell

Yesterday they advertised a BOGO sale on a product. Today they changed it to a B2GO. Not only false advertising but BLATANT, NAKED GREED. Nice Christmas "sale". I hope you all get coal in your stockings. – A B
