I love this shop, they always have a positive attitude and are extremely helpful, even when they don't have what I'm looking for, which is very rare. It also helps that they are very affordable and have sales multiple times a week. Plus the workers seem to be knowledgeable about what they are selling. They will look things up online to help you when it comes to finding strains they have to help you have the best experience with their product. Been very loyal customer for a long time but my last visit today the person working the front desk refused to serve my wife because she didn't have her passport even though she is the system, we let him know that my wife is in the system amd refused to scan her i.d amd told us "its my policy if you have a foreign i.d you have to have your passport" not store policy his policy. So rude wouldn't even scan did care she already in the system will never return this location the only reason I will ever but from oasis is because of the location on menaul so unbelievable how can you treat a loyal customer like this – Martin Chavez
Bud tenders are great. Management lacks in customer service and knowledge on products and help. She was rude and wouldn’t take the time to acknowledge about the product at discussion and had to go to a different location for the costumer service over an issue at her location. I typically prefer the Juan tabo spot but will now avoid it due to their management I encountered that day – Mantis Moon
