After today, I will Never be returning. Worst experience and customer service ever and worst part is it was from the manager Richard Durand! We went in looking for a disposable, the guy assisting us was new and his colleague recommended a brand to us which we accepted. We get outside, open the package in our vehicle and loan behold it's a cart.. we immediately went back in and asked for an exchange. The manager Richard Durand refused to exchange it because package was opened, mind you cart was still in sealed container.. still he refused to exchange and could care less that the product was of no use to me and wrongly given to me.. the clerk who assisted me wve admitted to it being a mistake as I clearly asked for a 2 disposables.. still the manager Did not attempt to make it right in any form and could care less when I said I would not be returning! With as much competition as this city has, not the best way to treat your customers. You definitely lost one today! – VERONICA RESENDIZ
this is supposed to be there top shelf the pine cones but guys I've been smoking for 7 years and the only time I've had weed taste this bad is when a old man grew some in his back yard and gave me some to try in placitas and yall I cannot exaggerate when I say it taste the same it even gave me the same headache now mind you I bought this last night 2/11 at 7:15pm and hit it at around 8:30 but the condition that it was kept in wasn't bad last night it was fresh last night in abq so I thought maybe my bong is dirty need to clean it right … so cleaned it made it transparent again right pored new water in it I even cleaned the bowl … but to my surprise it still tasted the same the weed itself is dry and you can grind it with aa pinch of your index n thumb not dense at all but i refused to let that be the taste so I said we gonna try one more time and even on a hemp blueberry wrap it tasted disgusting … so to anyone out there considering buying 14g of pine cones DONT ITS ASS .. and the manufacturing date says 1/26/2026 so its not even old , how can it taste this bad yall I shouldn't have wasted 45$ on this please go to enchanted or even cookies atp BTW still haven't tried the wax hopefully that is way better , suppose to be live cold cured rosin 1g … I forgot to say that I even called this morning I left a voice message to see if they could get back to me and nothing 😅 – Zoey Vega
Products are good! Prices are good! The customer service is usually good but the last 4 times I went the bud tenders have been rude. They don't engage in conversation and dont give reliable information about the products. Not sure what happened They used to be very enthusiastic now not so much, also they run out of product alot so make sure you call ahead to see if they have what you want. – Abby Tso
They have good bud. And good price ranges. But almost every time I go i get shorted. Suppose to weight 3.5 weights at 2.5. 1 gram joints weight around .6 some times. I have to make sure not to get any packages that are opened anymore. Its not just this store U have been to all of them and had this problem at least once. – Matthew Zaragoza
Way to many seeds I got 10 grams of seeds in a oz not really good I will be back is this swag I know if you get 5 seeds or more in a bag it's half price supposed to be lol – TimothyC Tourvillejr
