Oasis Cannabis Dispensary - Las Vegas

I had a very disappointing experience with delivery from Oasis Cannabis Dispensary. The driver called me before arriving and told me my ID had expired in their system. I was confused because I had never used their delivery service since moving to Las Vegas. I explained that it might be an old profile from a previous visit when I was on vacation and that I simply wanted clarification so the issue could be fixed properly. I work in IT, so I understand how duplicate or outdated profiles can happen. Following the instructions given, I canceled the order and placed a new one with the updated information. However, when the driver arrived, she called again and claimed I had not provided the correct delivery details, even though I absolutely did. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the driver spoke to me in a very accusatory tone and treated me as if I had done something wrong. When I calmly explained that the information was entered correctly and that the issue likely related to an old account profile, she became visibly irritated. She then threw the product toward me, left immediately, and did not provide my change. My order total was $107, and I gave $120. I have cameras outside my apartment that recorded the interaction. I contacted the store to report the situation, but was told the driver was not there and they could not address it immediately. I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews. I was genuinely trying to resolve a technical issue so it would not happen again. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Customers deserve basic courtesy and accountability. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately. – Markus Houston

This place was AWESOME!! The prices were great, the people are friendly, and the product was sublime. Told everyone about this place. It WAS great. However, like every other business; now that they're that popular…my husband and I, loyal customers for YEARS…have now been priced out. Can't afford it anymore. Not to mention, I don't know what City Trees puts in their concentrates, but now I have smokers lung from it. Oasis, I guess this has to be goodbye…I can't afford you anymore. And since this is the cheapest in the city, if I can't afford them; I can't afford anywhere. So I guess I've taken my last toke in this city – Mandi

As someone who came here all the time I’m really disappointed. I bought 2 for 25 1/2 gram carts. With tax and an ATM fee I was charged 46 $. There’s no way that makes sense besides the teller stole his tip. I was also handed 3$ back as change. So someone please explain how 2 for 25 with tax and an atm fee comes out to 46$. Best dispensary in Vegas. I go here weekly because the prices are the best, being a Vegas local I always want the best deals and this is where you find them. The quality is always great. Today I had an issue with the way the product was packaged (not the distributors fault) oasis replaced it and reminded me why I choose this place over any other in this big city. I’ll continue to drive 20 min out of the way to get my weed from here b a anyone else. – Mikey Hostettler
