Been trying to order off the website for months at this point. The website is up and running and will take my payment yet it takes HOURS to be delivered and now recently keep being told the website is not running even tho the budhub telegram said it was…. I don't like keeping cash on me. But the flip flop of if this site is actually up and running is straight confusing. And seems impossible to get a straight answer. If zero stars were an option, this company would absolutely earn it. I placed an order with Budhub and, unsurprisingly, received no communication whatsoever—no updates, no confirmations, not even a basic acknowledgment. But sure, let’s just leave customers completely in the dark and hope for the best. To make matters worse, they sent me a link for a discount, which seemed promising—until I actually mentioned it. That’s when they suddenly decided discounts don’t exist. Interesting strategy. Then there’s the 45-minute delivery challenge that was supposed to start the first week of January. I mean, it’s January 1st—literally the first day of that week—and yet, when I brought it up, they had the audacity to claim it’s not in effect yet. How does that even make sense? It’s almost impressive how little effort went into making their promotions even remotely believable. Their staff is completely unprofessional and clueless, and the entire operation feels like a bad joke. They don’t honor their own promotions, refuse to communicate, and then act like it’s the customer’s fault for expecting them to follow through. If you enjoy being ignored, misled, and dealing with empty promises, this is the plug for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Oh and just by the way it’s been two and a half hours since I placed my order and I still have no eta, then they say “our drivers won’t wait for more than five minutes” wow. Just wow. 🤩 another update lol, just got told my driver is otw, again it’s already been two and a half hours, and they’re just now otw… another update which is crazy, got my pack and they didn’t even have all the product that I ordered, so they were gonna have me pay full price with no discounts and didn’t even have all my stuff, also by the time I got my shyt it’s been 3 hours and twenty two minutes so thanks. ANOTHER UPDATE, MY ORDER WAS WRONG, I ASKED FOR PINEAPPLE AND GOT BANANA BURST INSTEAD, YOU GUYS SUCK – Savion Ward

The worst made a first time order, and called the driver and he said that he didn’t not have my order meanwhile I waited a hole hour. CANCELLED THE FIRST ORDER!! Buy nothing from these people. No bueno!! – Ourelian Haley
