I came into OG Nation in Maywood today at 8:05 PM to purchase the OG SINSEMILLA 1g disposable. I’ve bought this exact product before with no issues, so I expected the same quality — but this time was completely different. When I got home and opened it, I immediately saw that the disposable was half empty and completely dead — no charge at all. I paid $30 with my debit card for what should’ve been a full gram, and right out the box it was defective. Let me be 100% clear: I haven’t used it at all. I don’t even smoke like that — there’s no way this much product should be missing. The device didn’t even turn on. It looked like someone had already used half of it before it was sealed up again. Now it’s 9:50 PM, so I can’t go back in person, but I tried contacting you through social media and haven’t gotten any response. That makes it even more frustrating — not just the product, but the total lack of customer service or care. I understand that your policy says “all sales are final”, but that should not apply when you’re selling clearly defective or tampered products. Are you really okay with scamming loyal customers out of their money like this? I’m requesting a refund or a proper replacement. I’ve supported this business before, but this experience seriously makes me question whether I’ll come back. – Erick Modesto

The Godzilla mural was what drew me into coming here. And walking in I felt welcomed by the receptionist. Then being helped by Bobbie was nice and pleasant. She was so approachable, super nice and very knowledgeable about the products and did a good job with promoting the store and business. This place is super professional and a breath of fresh air from the moment I walk in the vibes are so good. The employees are super chill and nice. Destiny is especially helpful. SHE went above and beyond to help me out. Special thanks to her. Honestly everything is reasonably priced in my opinion. I bought a decent pre-roll for 10 dollars, for what you get its totally fair. Like I said, super affordable and well intentioneed employees. Come check this place out you have nothing to lose. As for the location, it's confusing to find at first but it's not exactly rocket science either. Just make sure you go into the gated area and turn left. – jaee cee
