I called to get a appointment together and I had spoke to them previously everything was good . When I called this last time I was explaining something to the receptionist and a few questions and it was if I was asking to many questions. That how I felt she was rude as if she was tired of talking to me sort snappy like I was wasting her time. I definitely explained that to her she got mad and hung up on me . I know people have bad days but if your at work please understand your job is to answer any questions asked and geting customers the best customer service when answering the phone! – Ashley Miko

Called on Wednesday, filled out the paperwork and sent it in, had appointment on Thursday, and two hours later I had my card. Extremely fast turnaround! Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, knowledgeable and cared about me as a person. I highly recommend using their services. I had a pleasant experience when I called to renew my medical marijuana license. The lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful with the process. I received a call from the doctor within about 5 minutes and that was over in less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased with how quickly it all went.
