Called on Wednesday, filled out the paperwork and sent it in, had appointment on Thursday, and two hours later I had my card. Extremely fast turnaround! I had a pleasant experience when I called to renew my medical marijuana license. The lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful with the process. I received a call from the doctor within about 5 minutes and that was over in less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased with how quickly it all went.
