been going to one plant for some years now and I would’ve had nothing but positive things to say about this place (chill and knowledgeable staff, incentive program, cool setup and vibe) up until the last few months. they’ve recently implemented an extremely unnecessary double-ID check at the entrance and I’ve been shouted at on two separate occasions by the initial lady security guard, telling me I needed to have my ID ready, despite the ID already being scanned and in the hands of the window person lol the first time I asked to speak with the manager about it and a very kind floor lead talked it down to a miscommunication and showed me the promos they had for that day… this second incident today with the same lady security guard over the same unnecessary implementation caused me to just go to the new dispensary next door where their security/ ID check isn’t redundant and ridiculous – Michelle Baker
Staff was friendly and helpful but at checkout, i was charged more than what was on my receipt for some reason. The math didnt add up. The total was 43.99 on the receipt, the lady said 44.33 so i gave her an extra 35 cents and $50 cash. I was given $6 back, so they just lied about the total and kept the 36 cents? I dont really care about the 36 cents that much but just very confused about the interaction and why the amounts didnt reflect correctly. Just for that reason alone, i probably wont be back. Just dont like being stolen from. – Stephen Chen
Good sales and rewards but bad employee experiences. Have missed items in stock, mixed up orders and not mentioned price changes, and instead of saying proper change, they later off you a slap in the face of a 10% discount. Used to love them, not so much after a couple in-store pickups. 😅 – M K
