A couple of my friends recommended the Outpost and I thought I would give it a try. I entered the shop and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Arlene. Arlene took my information and got me all set up. That interaction set the tone for the rest of the visit. The entire staff, Tory, Cory, Gwen and Tamara welcomed me and made me very comfortable. I really appreciated the fact that everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find what I needed and also informed me of all of the specials. They have a large selection, with some hard to find items. At no point did I feel confused or rushed. When I left, I felt that I had gotten what I needed, had gained some knowledge and now I can't wait to go back. And I most certainly will go back. – Dennis Johnson
My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and we felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in this place. From all of the staff (3-4 that we saw) we got maybe 1 or 2 forced smiles and when we asked about the sales, we got shown a menu for a couple minutes then the lady kept trying to put it back out of sight. When I was confused about the prices she was telling me and went to look on their menu online she decides then is a good time to tell me their website isn't up to date…she thought that was funny I guess. I got on my knees to look at some stuff and I just felt glares/impatient eyes on me. *Felt very rushed and like we were an inconvenience to them for being there, will definitely not be back and will be spreading the word of the lack of customer service we felt yesterday* – Jenna Fischer
