I did love this place. I would go there at least every other day. I spent a good amount of money there I stopped going to this dispensary because of the reward points. There was no like heads up that if you don’t use your points, Or whatever by a certain date that there they will no longer be there could’ve got three dollars off. I could’ve bought a cartridge for a penny gonn And their disposable pens always get clogged up. I had tried that a couple times so I just kept going completely over there. don’t get me wrong. I went in on a Friday evening because there specials they have and the flower amazing. The associate who helped me was so rude and unprofessional because I am a medical patient and some flower puts me in a down mood so I like to all about ours benefits. I’m already high anxiety and she was acting like I’m bothering her. I said I don’t want your help get someone else. Well needless to say she was rude then too. Manager Zach comes and helps me, let me smell the flower, see the flower, went over deal promotion and telling me which ones would help lighten my mood and he gave me an extra discount. But it was not the discount it was his genuine kindness helping me get medicine. True customer service work! Great job Zach and Pecos! – Wanda Pretty
