I was a big fan of this place and it's super convenient and close to my work. Their prices are great and I did like going there. But today, I interacted with an employee there who was yelling loudly about what I was ordering and looking around at everyone to make sure they heard. It was ridiculous and over the top and honestly, I won't be going back solely and completely because of him. Anyway, if you just want to quietly do your business, ask for what you're looking for, and go on your way, maybe choose a place with a more calm presence offered by the employees. Everyone else there is great, but this guy was enough for me. I'm going to a dispensary because I'm looking for some chill in my life and he irritated me enough to post this, so yeah … – Amanda Beydoun

They have the rudest lady working there, horrible customer service skills, she treats customers like crap, makes you feel like a loser every time, won’t even help you get the best deal, just wants to say “ no” and I even left without spending money the first time, then the second time I had the bad luck of dealing with her all she wanted to do was tell me how I can’t get this certain deal and I told her about her customer service skills not being very nice and instead of trying to make it right she walks my stuff to another register for “him” to take care of me!!! Smh didn’t even try to make me, the customer feel welcomed one bit. There are other Native Americans that get the same attitude from her as well and thr staff just defend her. I've been a customer for about a year and a half and. I've waited a really long time to pass judgement on this "little dispensary that could". What you need to know: It is always going to provide a solid experience, with reputable products every day of the week. Is it the largest? No. Do they somehow seem to remember you, personally, and obviously want you to have an enjoyable experience, both in their dispensary and with their products instead of making the hard sell each time you walk in? Resoundingly, yes! I went in this morning and there was a hitch in the system's giddyap. A glitch. There was no flipping out or waffling over what happened, who was right, or how it went down. The guy in charge made everything more than right, punched some buttons, and I left with a smile. The customer service experience has been top-notch, every time, never miss, for the last year and a half. To me, that's worth the drive. 🩷🚗 – Lori Cameron

Wow! I love my local dispensary. 🔥 I started a new job in Fountain Hills and was so stoked to see a little dispensary on the map. I am a few miles away and can grab something here during my lunch break or after work before I take my dog to the dog park. Great products at great prices. PERIOD!!! My favorite person here is Casey! One day we got into a chat about poinsettias. She actually gifted me with one the next time I saw her. She really listens and cares about me as a person. And always remembers what I’m looking for and what my needs are. But everyone is very helpful over all! I love having this service so close to home. 🥰✌🏽💙 – Julie Hed
