First time here! Most dispensaries are all the same. Some variation on prices but mostly the same products. What sets this place apart is the staff. Great people. Very easy to work with. The atmosphere is very nice (not some dark dungeon like some others). If there is one fault it's the terrible echo in the show room. Wife and I Went to there store closing got couple pens they missed one in the bag. 15 mins till close I live in Bay City wouldn't pick up the phone. Wouldn't replace the product that wasn't in the bag. Open everything before u leave I know why they went out of business they are terrible people Sorry this was meant for pinconning – Jon Wells
Check in was lightning fast! Andrew, my budtender, did a great job of explaining the varieties and deals at the Pincanna-East Lansing store. I was initially drawn to the store due to the exterior. Yes, I judged a book by its cover and this time it totally worked out! (Sorry, didn't grab a pic) They have a great selection of anything and everything. Plus perks on certain purchases.
